Our limited repair warranty on transmission rebuilds is generally 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from date of completion of work and is on the repaired components only. Exceptions to this may apply and would be stated on the repair order. Under no circumstances is a rebuild warranty longer than that. If not specifically stated on the repair order, the service is not covered by warranty. R&R labor is not covered unless specifically stated on your repair order. We will repair or replace, at our sole option, parts that were installed by us and are determined to be defective in material or workmanship if within stated time or mileage allowance. Authorized warranty repairs will be completed at our shop unless otherwise agreed to. Warranty does not cover diagnostic or inspection time. We retain the right to pro-rate warranty coverage. Repair labor must be paid by customer at time of any warranty repair. Any warranty on remanufactured units or factory new units is solely from the supplier. In the event a remanufactured or factory unit fails, we will facilitate repairs and will perform warranty labor to the extent allowed and reimbursed by said supplier. Our warranty will not cover any labor not authorized and reimbursed by supplier. Warranty on used transmissions is on the part(s) only, through the salvage source, and may vary from 30 days to 90 days. The agreed time would be stated on your repair order if applicable. In the case of a major transmission repair, warranty does not cover electronic components such as solenoids, sensors, or TCMs unless replaced as part of the completed repair work and listed as such on the repair order. 

Warranty on any transmission replacement or major repair requires that the vehicle be returned for a warranty inspection within two weeks following the date of completion. If this is not done as stipulated, the warranty is void.

Warranty on minor transmission or other repairs is for direct failure of the part, is on the part(s) only, not labor, and will generally be 3-6 months, as stated on your repair order. Under no circumstances are parts warrantied by us for a longer period than that in full force by the supplier and/or manufacturer. Customer-supplied parts, if accepted on a repair order at our discretion, are not covered under any warranty, and labor to replace a failed customer part will be billed at the prevailing shop labor rate.

Warranty does not cover any failure or damage that is deemed, at our sole discretion, a result of abuse or neglect. Vehicles that have aftermarket performance modifications or any modifications outside of factory specifications, or were otherwise misrepresented at time repairs were authorized and purchased are void of warranty. Vehicles used commercially, for plowing snow and/or towing are subject to warranty limitations and restrictions. Warranty on transmission and drive line repairs for such commercial use vehicles will in no case exceed 6 months/6,000 miles.

Warranty repair work done will not extend warranty period. Warranty does not cover towing, rental vehicle expense, or any incidental damages. Warranty does not cover any consequential damages whatsoever, including loss of use or loss of revenue, and in no case will our obligation exceed the original repair. In the event we are no longer in business operation, we may attempt to facilitate repair for you but will be under no obligation to do so, and any warranty in effect prior will discontinue. We will not be responsible for further warranty claims or relief. No notice other than this will be provided.

No other warranty is expressed or implied for any work performed by us. If any term or condition within this warranty statement were deemed unenforceable in a particular situation, or any accommodations were made, all other provisions will apply.
